Up for sale is this rare, hard to find Frostie Root Beer menu board. Its 11.5 x 35.35 in size, the front is metal, back is cardboard. It has some surface rust and crazing from age, but display very nicely! I’ve included reprints of paper food strips to help it display better until you can find original replacements. THIS THERMOMETER SIGN HAS AWESOME GRAPHICS OF A OLD TIME BOTTLE OF ORANGE CRUSH AND HAS “CRUSHY” 3 DIFFERENT TIMES ON THIS WORKING PORCELAIN THERMOMETER SIGN. IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND ADVERTISING WITH 1 CRUSHY LOGO LET ALONE 3. THIS THERMOMETER SIGN IS MARKED: ST-42 AT THE BOTTOM AND IS MADE OF THICK PORCELAIN METAL. THIS SIGN / THERMOMETER ONLY SHOWS SOME LIGHT WEAR AND DISPLAYS WELL WITH GORGEOUS GLOSS. This Great Vintage “fresh up” with 7up Tin Sign was Made in U. By the Stout Sign Co and is dated 5-62. It measures 30″ wide and 12″ high. It is in Fairly Good Used Condition with age appropriate wear and no notable rust. The 8 mounting holes show wear and there is slight bending and creases around them from being removed from the wall (see pictures) The paint is bright and unfaded with minor wear and scuffing.
