Very nice unrestored 100% original West Virginia license plate. 11 by 4 inches; white legend on red background. Completely straight and flat, with original porcelain as seen in the photos. A relic condition, but very much displayable with the number being completely legible. Porcelain plates are fragile, because the coating is literally glass fused to the steel. To protect it from damage, the plate will be packed carefully for transport. Plates guaranteed old, authentic, and – if applicable – compliant with YOM regulations of the state of their issue.
