Vintage metal sign, CLINTON ENGINES, embossed picturing a large arrowhead, in n-mint unused new old stock condition. Very nice sign, guaranteed to be an original. Size is 17 3/4″ x 23 3/4″. Pictures show the front and back. All of the items I sell are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and original. They are all clean and ready for display. I offer the best condition items I have available and price them as low as possible. Just because I list an item for much less than its true value does not mean that it is of inferior quality. Made to the exact 1957 standard from the origins of the Eisenhower interstate highway system. This design was supplanted by the modern shield style-often with the state name omitted! -in 1971, and it gets harder and harder to find the original-style interstate route markers in many states. Since supplanting the portion of US 66 west of Oklahoma City, Interstate 40 has been a critical link in Oklahoma’s transportation system. It is the main route into the state from the ports on the west coast. It connects OKC, the state capital, with many of the mid-sized outlying towns in both the west (Sayre, Clinton, Weatherford, El Reno) and the east (Shawnee, Henryetta, Sallisaw), and the city’s east and west suburbs (Yukon, Del City, Midwest City). This sign is flat printed on heavy gauge steel, with completely accurate layout and fonts. It weighs about 11 lb. And is 24 by 24 inches. Highway 13 is a major highway in western Missouri. South of Springfield it also provides access to Table Rock Lake, a major recreation center in the Branson area. Made to the exact standards as used from 1963 to the early-1970s, when the current marker was adopted.

This original Clinton Chainsaws Embossed Chainsaw Sign has been on display in my home for years. It is 23 3/4″ x 17 3/4″ with number T5-20 made by the Stout Sign Co. And has 8 mounting holes as shown in the photos. The first photo was taken outdoors as it best shows the true color. The indoor pictures due to the lighting make it look lighter in color than it actually is. It has a bit of rust on the edges and a bit of normal ware from age. It is a used single sided sign.
