Here is a great piece that you do not see often, as this is a very early version of the sign, and a heavy gauge metal. I have decided to sell it along with a few other pieces I have collected. On the front of the sign there is the large advertising wording, with the smaller below. In the center bottom of the sign there is the small fine print wording of “Scioto Signs Kenton Ohio, USA 1956″. Here is a great sign that you do not come across everyday, the sign has some minor bends in the upper right corner, and a few small spots of paint ware, but overall the sign is ready for display in the car garage. I do have a white inventory sticker on the sign below the “O” in Sonic. This great piece measure 16 inches tall and 60 inches wide. If you collect signs, gas and oil signs, cans, gas pumps, lubster, Gulf, Valvoline, Mobil, Standard, Texaco, Willard, Ac Delco, Service Station Advertising Display rack, BFGoodrich, Exide Batteries, firestone etc, Add this nice piece to your collection.
