Very nice unrestored 100% original Rhode Island license plate. This particular plate was issued in 1916 – the second-to-last year of Rhode Island’s porcelain plates. 12 by 5 inches; black legend on white background. Completely straight and flat, with excellent original porcelain as seen in the photos. Porcelain plates are fragile, because the coating is literally glass fused to the steel. To protect it from damage, the plate will be packed carefully for transport. Plates guaranteed old, authentic, and – if applicable – compliant with YOM regulations of the state of their issue.
