ANTIQUE FRENCH signed GOYARD WARDROBE STEAMER TRUNK with CLEAN INTERIOR

ANTIQUE FRENCH signed GOYARD WARDROBE STEAMER TRUNK with CLEAN INTERIOR. This is an antique French Goyard steamer trunk from the early to mid 1900s. It measures 41 inches in height, 24×21 inches on top. It has signed Goyard brass latches on the sides and 2 GOYARD labels. There is all leather trim in good condition. The trunk has the typical Goyard design material but 2 sides are so dark it is very hard to see it underneath the finish, some of the finish to the material is crackled like a varnish or something similar was put over it to protect it. There is an american locked that has been put on the front at one time which is not original, the lock mechanism has been removed , so only the latches will work to shut it tight, there is no mechanism to actually lock it for security. The interior is double hangers on both sides with places to put the shoes, it is an orange material in good condition with no water stains. This is not a typical trunk that you find. All items must be paid within 10 days. There are a couple of companies i can recommened who both have websites with price-quote pages that are easy to fill out. Vintage 50’s/60’s ladies belt w/chain signed RENOIR copper metal size large. It’s made from gorgeous brushed copper. The belt hooks in front with a hook and chain closure. My mother wore this with the chain in the back to show off the copper worn over a black wool frock. I’ve had it since her death in 1988… Kept in tissue paper and placed on the shelf. She kept it in her en suite on a shelf by itself, always wrapped in tissue paper. It wasn’t worn often because it was so recognizable but was the hit of the show on the special occasions when it was featured. Authentic “BB Simon ” belt stamped back of buckle… See pic 8 on measurements of belts by SIMON, accordingly our belt measures is the fourth one down 36, total length of belt from tip to tip 45, there is no size stamping on the inside belt. Belt (without buckle) measures 42 (total length). Belt (with buckle) measures 45 (tip to tip). Belt according to BB Simon above schematic measures 39 1/2″ at loosest hole and 35 1/4″ at the tightest hole. The buckle measures 3.5″ x 3.5″ (widest parts). Belt width is 1 5/8 (including silver bead edging). Be sure to measure your waist. I have provided exact measurements of this belt above. This brand runs small – so please don’t rely on size only.
