Handmade from remnant wood and scrap metal. Perfectly distressed from decades of use outdoors. “POSTED NO HUNTINNG ALLOWED” and “A & P GROCERY PROVISIONS DRY-GOODS”. Hand painted on thin galvanized metal, and securely affixed to wide wood frames. Heavily weathered and worn but display great. Cleaned, conditioned, ready for use. Listing is for both signs. Typical wear from decades of use outdoors. Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, creasing, bullet holes, heavy rusting and pitting, especially along edges. Signs are secure to heavy duty frames. No rust actively flaking off, they were given a light clear coat at some point so they are relatively clean to the touch. Text is faded but still legible and secure, not flaking off. The sign is in very good condition but does display some light paint Ware and some scuffs and scratches but no physical damage, it is entirely intact. The sign opened up measures 30 in wide by 16 inches tall when standing straight up and goes back approximately 11 in on the rear leg that kicks out. Comes in the original box as shown.
