24 by 24 inch Arkansas state route 9 highway sign. The sign is made to the 1961 s pecification which introduced the black-background square signs. This p articular sign dates to the 2010s or so, and is retired from highway use. Condition is as shown in the photos. Sign is screen print on modern prismatic sheeting on aluminum.
