This is a great looking Firestone bowtie sign from the 1960’s. You will be hard pressed to find this sign in nicer shape. It is a called a bowtie sign because the shape of the sign resembles a bowtie. The sign has very little rust which makes for a nice original patina. RARE VINTAGE 6 FOOT METAL COKE BOTTLE SIGN – DIE-CUT – GREAT SHAPE – EMBOSSED. THERE ARE A FEW SMALL SCRATCHES LIKE THE ONE THAT SHOW IN THE 5TH PHOTO. I DON’T KNOW THE AGE BUT I HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS. COULD THE 49 SHOWN IN SIXTH PHOTO BE THE DATE IT WAS MADE? This sign has been in my home for around 30 years.
