Vintage Metal Sign

If you already know what this sign is, you will know how incredibly rare it is to find in any condition! This one has some rust, but is still very nice and it still has the easel attached on the back! This was made at the turn of the century, with a litho by Kauffman & Strauss. This is an embossed, die-cut sign. The sign measures approximately 13.75″ x 9.75″. The pictures accurately represent the condition of this sign. I will add that I believe a lot of this rust is surface rust, some of which ran from other spots on the tin. I believe that if you had a professional clean this, a good deal of rust could be removed and still reveal the paint underneath. But that is my non-expert opinion looking at it. I never try to restore or alter these old tins, because I like the patina that only age can give! Admittedly it had significantly less rust, but no easel.
