Rare Large Vintage 1947 U. S. Royal Tires Gas Station 61 Metal Sign

RARE Vintage 1947 Large U. ROYAL TIRES 61 Metal Sign as shown in our photos. This advertising sign has normal signs of weathering with slight scratches and rust around the edges from being outside. It measures 61″ X 16″ and has embossed lettering and is raised around the outside surface as seen in our photos. Along the bottom on the right side is printed A. 6-47 which helps to date its manufacture. These were popular at gas stations and tire repair shops here in the Midwest. Vintage Firestone Tires Embossed Metal Vertical Sign (71×13), Grace-Brite

Vintage Firestone Tires Embossed Metal Vertical Sign (71x13), Grace-Brite

Up for consideration is vintage Firestone advertising sign made by the Grace Sign Co. Believed to be circa 1970s. Used condition showing wear & imperfections. Several long scrapes that proved hard to accurately capture with the camera due to the “Grace-Brite” reflective type paint. A couple in pic #4 are barely visible. Raised edges have abrasions. Thin embossed aluminum construction has scattered edge bends & dings around the mounting holes. Several extra holes have been added as seen in the pictures. I will be carefully re-using these mounting holes in order to secure the sign to dense foam board while in transit. 13.5″x71.5″. I will also be carefully screwing the sign to one board side utilizing existing holes as mentioned above. Large Vintage 1950’s Goodyear Farm Tires Tractor 6ft Porcelain Metal Sign

Up for your consideration is a scarce vintage single sided porcelain Goodyear Farm Tires advertising sign. This is the very hard to find large 6ft across by 39 tall version of this sign. Sign is in very nice condition with light porcelain loss and wear from use and age. I have not attempted to clean the sign. The spots on the white section I have rubbed and the spots do appear to come off. Displays extremely well with great colors. Please review all photos for a better description. All sales are as is.
