The sign is made to the 1910s specification used by the city to designate this famous street in the heart of Manhattan, New York. This is the last style of porcelain sign before retroreflective signage, unfortunately no longer in the distinct “humpback” shape any longer, was introduced in 1950s. I can make the correct sign for any other city too! An original of these is very rare to find scrapped; they have long since been retired from service.
