Flaking paint, missing paint, dust, dirt, patina, wrinkles, holes along the edge from mounting to a wall for decades, etc are all present on this structurally sound sign. Dimensions: 22 inches by 40 inches. Weight without packing materials and box is about 3 pounds and 13.5 ounces.
