Curved Ruby Glass EXIT Sign in Metal Frame. Internet searches turn up nothing like this! 6 high letters in near-perfect condition. No chips or cracks noted. Frame is metal and may be brass… But I’m not sure of this. Frame looks to be painted silver on reverse. KOPP stamped on top of glass. Inside of glass is frosted? Frame measures 11 1/2″ x 10 1/2″. Frame opening for glass is 8 1/2″ x 7 1/2″. Glass curves out from base about 1 1/2. Beautiful piece, but will need some light cleaning. For your consideration, this exceptional vintage triangle exit sign is a rare find. The sign is in remarkably good condition– there is no rust on the metal frame and the glass panels are in excellent condition. The only rust is on the little screws that hold the glass panels in place, however, the screws do rotate. As you can see from the pictures, the light is working. The glass panels are not broken, cracked, or chipped. At some point in the past a cord with a swith was attached to the wires on the back and probably should be replaced. The exit light measures 15″ x 5-1/2″ and the glass opening is 11-3/8″ x 4-1/2″. Perfect for a man cave or an in-home theater. Please read the description and look at photos closely before purchasing.
