(638.91 km) from the Pennsylvania state line in Mina and traveling along the southern edge of the state until it reaches the New Jersey state line near Suffern. Along the way, New York 17 is concurrent with the Southern Tier Expressway, the Quickway, and the Orange Turnpike, as well as Interstate 86.
