This particular sign is of 2007 manufacture, and is retired from highway service. Awesome triple two route number. Condition is as shown in the photos. Sign is screen print on high intensity (honeycomb) sheeting on aluminum. It lies completely straight and flat, with patina commensurate with its service. Signs guaranteed old, original, authentic. This sign is flat printed on heavy gauge steel, with completely accurate layout and fonts. It weighs about 2 pounds, 15 ounces, and is 12.6 by 10.8 inches – a faithful rescaling of the original 21×18, 28×24, and 42×36 sizes specified in the 1961 signage manual.
