Vintage 1950s New York State Highway 279 Road Sign Route Shield Orleans County
Vintage 1950s New York State Highway 279 Road Sign Route Shield Orleans County. Retired many years ago. Has a lot of wear from age and use. Hard to find heavy steel and notes on top that it is New York State. Has some cracks around the holes from mounting. Again this sign is steel and not aluminum, so it is very heavy.

Texas flag Lone Star State Austin Dallas 1839 1933 highway marker road sign
Texas state flag sign. Up for sale today is this Texas state flag sign. Made to the exact state standard used starting in about 1839 by the Republic of Texas, then officially adopted by the state in 1933, and still in use to the present day. This is much easier to care for than a fabric flag, as it is a 14 gauge steel sign, and will be perfectly fine weathering the elements outside or proudly displayed inside your space. We can make any flag you’d like, please ask if you don’t see the one you like most! The sign is flat printed on heavy gauge steel, with completely accurate layout and fonts. It comes in a variety of manageable sizes: 15×10, 21×14, 30×20, or 42×28 inches. It is a non-reflective sign – perfect for ordinary display, indoors or outdoors. If you would like a larger size version, please ask as I can certainly make one! This is a high quality, heavy steel sign. No cheap tin to be found here, with the wrong fonts, layouts, size, shape, or any other manner of embarrassing imperfection. This one will make even the most discerning collector stick their nose into the sign, as it looks that good from that close! I can of course make these signs with any route number of your choice, and not just this style, but older and newer ones, and even the classic mileage, direction, and city limit guide signs from bygone eras. Anything you would like, made with unsurpassed quality right here in the good old US of A. Life doesn’t happen along the interstates. It’s against the law. Kansas K-400 state route marker 1962 road sign highway sunflower 24x24
Kansas K-400 route marker. Up for sale today is this K-400 route marker, from Kansas. Made to the exact state standard as used along the roads of Kansas, as used between 1962 and 1978. K-400 is a fictional route, based on the very real (and oddly-named) U. Route 400, which spans the entire state and only crosses into the neighboring states of Colorado and Missouri for very short segments. 400, according to the conventions of the United States Route numbering system, should designate a branch from U. Route 0, which does not exist. We decided to make a beautiful sunflower K-route version to show what it might look like if it were just a few miles shorter and fully contained within The Sunflower State. I can, of course, make this sign with any route or destination of your choice. I can make any destination sign; inquire about your home town! The sign is flat printed on steel, with completely accurate layout and fonts. It weighs about 14 lb. And is 24 by 24 inches. If you would like a different size or route number, please do not hesitate to inquire. This is a high quality, heavy steel, non-reflective sign – perfect for indoor or outdoor display, with great gloss to replicate the old-school porcelain look. Accept no imitations that may be one-third this price, but are one-tenth the quality. Anything you would like, made with unsurpassed quality right here in the good old US of A, packed with care, and mailed from zip code 61833. Life doesn’t happen along the interstates. It’s against the law. Please note: The watermark and bear logo in the design preview will not appear on the actual sign. We have begun adding a watermark because we have had problems with other companies copying our artwork to make lesser-quality imitations. You will only get this high level of quality in design and materials from Signs by Jake.
