This is an authentic original old, embossed metal sign from around the 1930s to the 1940s! It is out of my personal collection I’ve had for over 40 years, need to downsize and don’t have any more room. Says Silver Lake, pointing arrow shape, an orange yellow color in person, it is about 30″ long by 9″. It has a little bit of wear around the edges, and some paint defects from the factory where protective paper was applied while the sign was still wet. Overall it is in very nice preserved condition, a rare piece for hometown decorating or historical collecting! Designed by ourselves and hand crafted here in the UK with the utmost care and attention to detail, these motor vehicle wall signs are the perfect gift idea for motor vehicle enthusiast garages, show rooms or man caves, each plaque comes with two saw tooth brackets fitted on the back allowing them to be installed and displayed right out of the box. We professionally spray paint our items in house by hand, we use high quality vinyl matt paints from leading brands to prime and undercoat all parts prior to applying the durable (wipeable) topcoat, with fine sanding in-between coats, we aim to achieve the best flat and smooth finish possible, however you should expect variation in both colour and wood grain texture. Our motor vehicle plaques have a size that varies based on the specific design, however they all have a maximum width and/or height of 460 to 660mm (46 – 66cm approximately) and this based on whichever size comes first for a given design, the size of this design is given below measured from its widest points. 460 x 460mm (46 x 46cm approximately). These plaques are designed using multiple layers of wood to make up the full 3d effect. To prevent and ensure no damage while in transit to you, we package items very meticulously using bubble wrap, foam, cardboard and boxes, all items are also fully insured for their full value and protection against loss or damage. This item is not a toy; it is for decorative purposes only and should remain out of the reach of children.
