Massachusetts rotary warning sign. Up for sale today is this Rotary warning sign, from Massachusetts. A rotary, also known as a roundabout or traffic circle, is a type of circular intersection or junction in which road traffic is permitted to flow in one direction around a central island, and priority is typically given to traffic already in the junction. I can, of course, make this sign with any point of interest of your choice. Here is your chance to own a beautiful sign commemorating this early incarnation of the traffic circle, without breaking the bank. I can make any destination sign; inquire about your home town! The sign is flat printed on steel, with completely accurate layout and fonts. It weighs about 6 lb. And is 21 by 12 inches. If you would like a different size or route number, please do not hesitate to inquire. This is a high quality, heavy steel, non-reflective sign – perfect for indoor or outdoor display, with great gloss to replicate the old-school porcelain look. Accept no imitations that may be one-third this price, but are one-tenth the quality. No cheap tin to be found here, with the wrong fonts, layouts, size, shape, or any other manner of embarrassing imperfection. This one will make even the most discerning collector stick their nose into the sign, as it looks that good from that close! I can of course make these signs with any route number of your choice, and not just this style, but older and newer ones, and even the classic mileage, direction, and city limit guide signs from bygone eras. Anything you would like, made with unsurpassed quality right here in the good old US of A, packed with care, and mailed from zip code 61833. Life doesn’t happen along the interstates. It’s against the law. Please note: The watermark and bear logo in the design preview will not appear on the actual sign. We have begun adding a watermark because we have had problems with other companies copying our artwork to make lesser-quality imitations. You will only get this high level of quality in design and materials from Signs by Jake.

Indiana Toll Road route marker. Up for sale today is this Indiana Toll Road sign. Made to the exact standards as used from the toll road’s inception in 1956 to the present day. The Indiana East-West Toll Road was built across northern Indiana as a connector between Detroit and Chicago, as well as a continuation of the toll roads starting from New York City and heading through New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. A North-South Toll Road never made it past the planning stages; it was supplanted by the Eisenhower Interstate System’s I-65. This style with the arrow was used on side streets to indicate the direction of travel needed to get to the Toll Road. If you’d like the arrow pointing in a different direction, or removed entirely, just say so in the item personalization box at checkout. An original of these is most likely to be found in active service along the Indiana Toll Road. The authorities know where they are supposed to be-on their posts, not in the trunk of your car. So here’s your chance to get your hands on a fantastic display piece… Without chancing legal trouble. The sign is 16 by 16 inches, and weighs 5 lb. This is a high quality, non-reflective replica sign printed on heavy steel. Please do see my other auctions for quality Indiana US and Interstate route markers! Would you like a number not seen here? Or perhaps a different style? I can of course make these signs with any route number of your choice, and not just this style, but older and newer ones, and even the classic mileage, direction, and city limit guide signs from the era. Anything you would like, made with unsurpassed quality right here in the good old US of A. Life doesn’t happen along the interstates. It’s against the law. Figure about 7 lb. The watermark and bear logo in the design preview will not appear on the actual sign. We have begun adding a watermark because we have had problems with other companies copying our artwork to make lesser-quality imitations.
