The Tennessee Scenic Parkways program was instituted in 1981 with an eye to protecting the historic, scenic, and natural qualities of certain highways throughout the state. Such roads are signed with this special mockingbird marker identifying them as part of the program. This sign is flat printed on heavy gauge steel, with completely accurate layout and fonts. It weighs about 3 lb. And is 12 by 12 inches. It is a non-reflective sign-perfect for ordinary display, indoors or outdoors.
