Vintage EMMA MELENDEZ Taxco Sterling Silver Link Bracelet Signed

Vintage signed Emma Melendez Taxco Mexico hinged link bracelet. And it is made out. Of heavy gauge Sterling Silver, with the EMMA signature mark on the back side, along with Eagle 3 (see photo). The Bracelet is in good used condition: the metal has an old patina that has happened with age & wear, and the clasp with safety chain works perfectly. Please note: there is a small dimple on one of the ball hinge pieces that can be seen in the last photo… It lays at the side when worn. The Bracelet is approximately 8. Inches long from end to end, by 7/8 inches wide, and total weight of the Bracelet. Is 59.7 grams. Designer signed yet not identified, this finely made Mexican bracelet has a playful and unique design. Thick and smooth copper domes jut upward, with their flat back allowing the bracelet to wrap smoothly around your wrist. Copper was used to set off the sterling silver fish, swimming playfully along the base, they are charismatically and artistically rendered. This piece is fresh looking and was well taken care of, the minimal amounts of wear are noticeable only on close inspection. The silver has a bright patina without any dents and a modest amount of surface wear. There are no irregularities to the setting or signs of solder or repair and the piece has a firm shape.
