Condition is a little rough but displays very well! Great deep blue and white colors. Made of porcelain enamel over metal-measures 17 x 20 inches. It is distressed-scuffs-scratches-bends and dents-rust and tears-sharp edges–it is NOT in mint condition-I think it looks better this way-adds character.
