THIS SIGN IS IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION WITH VERY NICE COLOR, GLOSS AND SUBJECT MATTER. THIS SIGN HAS GREAT GRAPHICS OF A DIE-CUT WILD WOODPECKER WITH 2 RACING FLAGS AND THE WORDS: HOT ROD GARAGE. THIS SIGN WAS FOUND IN A LARGE ADVERTISING COLLECTION. THIS SIGN MEASURE 12″ BY 9″ AND WEIGHTS 1 POUND, 9 OUNCES AND IS MADE OF REAL BAKED METAL. Excellent mid century modern metal wall art by the legendary designers Curtis Jere for Artisan House. This large wall piece is a depiction of a suspension bridge similar to the Golden Gate Bridge with a boat. The metal artwork is signed and dated in multiple places with c. Jere 1970 in black marker on the front and c. Jere engraved on metal on the back. The boat may be missing a spot to hang. The artwork has a great patina from age and has some wear all over. 2 of the O hooks have broken off the back for hanging. Will need new ones welded, but can still be hung.
