It has the normal signs of wear through the years. There are some minor scratches around mounting holes as pictured. It measures about 27 inches tall and 8 inches wide. THIS SIGN HAS GREAT GRAPHICS OF THE DOG N SUDS MASCOT HOLDING A TRAY WITH A HOT DOG & ROOT BEER WITH A FENCE NEXT TO HIM. THIS SIGN WAS FOUND IN A LARGE ADVERTISING COLLECTION.
