FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS A VINTAGE 1969 “TEXACO GASOLINE FILLING STATION WITH COWGIRL MODEL GRAPHICS ” 11 3/4″ BY 11 3/4″ SUPER HEAVY AND THICK (OVER 1 POUND, 15 OUNCES) PORCELAIN GASOLINE & OIL ADVERTISING PUMP PLATE SIGN. THIS SIGN HAS AWESOME GRAPHICS OF A GORGEOUS BLOND MODEL WOMAN WITH AN AWESOME COWBOY HAT AND COW GIRL OUTFIT. THESE GRAPHICS ARE RARE AND SELDOM SEEN AND ARE SOME OF MY FAVORITE ALONG WITH THE VERY HEAVY OVER 1 POUND, 15 OUNCES OF PORCELAIN AND YOU HAVE A GREAT PIECE OF ADVERTISING. THIS IS A VERY HARD TO FIND SIGN IN THIS CONDITION AND DOES SHOW A FEW CHIPS, LIGHT WEAR, AND USE AROUND THE HOLES BUT THE COLORS AND GRAPHICS AND GLOSS ARE AMAZING. YOU WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND ANOTHER ONE OF THESE LET ALONE A NICER ONE. THIS SIGN HAS 4 HOLES FOR HANGING AND IS MADE OF HEAVY PORCELAIN. THIS IS A VERY HARD TO FIND SIGN IN THE PORCELAIN VERSION. THIS SIGN DISPLAYS VERY WELL WITH GORGEOUS GLOSS AND MINOR WEAR INCLUDING LIGHT CHIPS AND USE. THIS SIGN MEASURE 11 3/4″ BY 11 3/4″ AND IS ROUND AND AND WEIGHTS A WHOPPING 1 POUND, 15 OUNCES AND IS MADE OF THICK HEAVY PORCELAIN. NOT CHEAP TIN OR THIN METAL. Note: I was left with a large advertising collection along with some that I have collected over the years & I also attend high end estate sales in the area.
