We professionally spray paint our items in house by hand, we use high quality vinyl matt paints from leading brands to prime and undercoat all parts prior to applying the durable (wipeable) topcoat, with fine sanding in-between coats, we aim to achieve the best flat and smooth finish possible, however you should expect variation in both colour and wood grain texture. Our motor vehicle plaques have a size that varies based on the specific design, however they all have a maximum width and/or height of 460 to 660mm (46 – 66cm approximately) and this based on whichever size comes first for a given design, the size of this design is given below measured from its widest points. 460 x 452mm (46 x 45cm approximately). These plaques are designed using multiple layers of wood to make up the full 3d effect. To prevent and ensure no damage while in transit to you, we package items very meticulously using bubble wrap, foam, cardboard and boxes, all items are also fully insured for their full value and protection against loss or damage.
