Very nice unrestored 100% original West Virginia license plate. 11 by 4 inches; white legend on red background. Completely straight and flat, with original porcelain as seen in the photos. A relic condition, but very much displayable with the number being completely legible. Porcelain plates are fragile, because the coating is literally glass fused to the steel.
