This sign features a simplified depiction of the state shape with the highway number inside that distinctive boot shape. This particular route is a 255.51 mi (411.20 km) stretch of road that runs from its intersection with U. Highway 171 south of Leesville to the state’s border with Mississippi east of Bogalusa. The route connects ten parishes, as well as the seats of six of those parishes, along the way. I can, of course, make this route marker with any number of your choice.
