24 by 24 inch Pennsylvania state route 3 highway sign. The sign is made to the 1964 specification which introduced the square signs with the black background behind the keystone. This particular sign dates to the 1990s or 2000s or so. Condition is as shown in the photos. Sign is screen print on high intensity (honeycomb) sheeting on aluminum.
